Move log4j dependency from broker to dist - otherwise it is propagated transitively to projects using moquette as a library. Also removed redundant logback-core dependency from OSGi tests (it already has logback-classic).

Unable to find org.eclipse.paho.client.mqttv3 dependency
Somehow I cant find the org.eclipse.paho.client.mqttv3 1.0.1 artifact on
the net. If I updated to 1.0.2, then I could package everything.
